If you’re a Smart Vision customer with a support contract then you can contact our technical support team either by email or by calling 0845 680 0408.
Technical support is available Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays), 9am-5.30pm
What kind of support do you offer?
Smart Vision is an IBM Premier Business Partner and a Support Providing Partner for SPSS. We can offer you a comprehensive technical support service for the entire IBM SPSS suite of products.
We provide a flexible and expert service covering not only the technical installation and configuration aspects of the IBM SPSS product range but also the analytics. Our technical services team has extensive analytical expertise so we will also understand the specific analytical nature of your query and are on hand to offer “how to” advice should you require it.
Support services are available by phone or by email – you can choose your preferred method of communication.
What if I don’t currently have a Smart Vision support contract?
If you don’t currently have your support contract with us then we’d encourage you to move. Move your support contract to us and we guarantee that our support team will help you promptly and efficiently with any SPSS installation or technical configuration issue that you have.
