Delivery Policy

Delivery of software products via electronic media:

Delivery of software product purchases is via electronic media download. Customers who have purchased software products through our website will be provided with detailed instructions to securely download electronic software media immediately following their purchase and successful processing of payment.

Delivery of event bookings:

Events & training workshops are scheduled to run on specific dates at specific pre-booked venues. Event payments are collected in advance at point of reservation of place(s). All event dates and details are published on our website.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refund policy on software products purchased via electronic media download:

Smart Vision Europe Ltd offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all software products. Any software product once purchased can be returned within 14 days of the date of the invoice and a full refund will be given.

Refund policy on event booking:

Full payment must be received before the start of any paid event. Smart Vision Europe Ltd offers a full refund on any place booked on one of our training events at any point up to 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the scheduled event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled event date will not be eligible for any refunds.

Training materials

All training materials are subject to copyright and hence must not be copied or shared. If you purchase training notes from us you guarantee that you will not copy these notes or utilise them for commercial purpose without the express permission of Smart Vision Europe.
